摘要
我作为一个土生土长在世界客都——广东梅州的客家人,从事语文教学工作近二十年了,内心始终装着一份"我是客家人"的光荣感与使命感。从教以来,我就"如何传承、发展、创新客家文化"进行了一系列的研究,其中针对客家话助推语文教学的多元发展进行了长期有效的实践。在客家地区的语文教学中,我们语文教师要遵循以普通话为主,客家话为辅,两者并行不悖的原则;把普通话和客家话巧妙地结合起来进行"双语"教学,用客家话助推语文教学的多元化发展,让语文教学在多元化的21世纪绽放出绚烂之花。
As a native Hakka in Meizhou of Guangdong, the city of Hakkas, the writer has been engaged in Chinese teaching for nearly two decades, and is always proud of being a Hakka. Since the beginning of the writer's teaching career, the writer has been studying how to carry forward, develop and innovate the Hakka culture, and has made a long-tern and effective practice on the diversified development of Chinese teaching with the help of Hakka. In the Chinese teaching for the Hakka areas, we Chinese teachers should obey the principle that Putonghua and Hakka should develop in harmony with the former as the center and the latter as the complement. Besides, Putonghua should be com-bined with Hakka to implement "bilingual" teaching, so as to promote the diversified development of Chinese teaching with the help of Hakka, and make Chinese teaching prosper in the 21st century.
