本科毕业论文教学管理工作之创新

Innovation on the Teaching and Management Work for Undergraduate Graduation Thesis

尽管各高校采取了不少措施以提升本科毕业论文的教学质量,但效果并不理想。建议调整教学管理思路,确立选题与毕业实习结合制;实施论文评价与指导分离制;引入毕业论文竞赛机制;实行部分学生答辩制,全程推行无纸化监督管理。

Many universities have taken various measures to im-prove the teaching quality of undergraduate graduation thesis, but the result is less impressive. This paper proposes some sugges-tions： adjusting teaching management ideas and combining topic selection with graduation practice; separating thesis evaluation from guidance; introducing graduation thesis competition system;implementing thesis debate system for some students, and imple-menting non-paper supervision management for the whole pro-cess.
