Case Report on the Correction of College Students' Phobia by Using Behavior Modification Principle

行为矫正技术主要用于儿童不良行为的矫正,以增进儿童对社会的适应。本文探索将行为矫正技术的适用范围拓展到成人领域,运用系统脱敏法矫正某大学生怕走夜路的恐惧症,以案例分析的形式展现了系统脱敏法的实施过程,收到良好效果。

Behavior modification technology is mainly used for children＇s bad behavior correction, in order to enhance children＇s adaptation to society. This article explores the expansion of the behavior modification techniques to the field of adults, correcting a university student＇s phobia of being afraid of walking alone at night by applying the method of systematic desensitization, the implementation process of which is demonstrated in the form of case analysis, and good results have been received.
