英美文学课有其存在的重要性和必要性。本文从当今高校英美文学课教学中存在的问题入手,旨在探讨教师如何通过改变传统的"灌输式"教学手法为"研究讨论型"教学,从而实现文学课向"审美"教育的回归,最终实现开设文学课的真正目的。

The existence of British and American literature has its significance and necessity. Starting from the problems existing in the current British and American literature teaching in universi-ties, this paper aims to explore how teachers can transform their teaching style from the traditional ＂chalk and talk＂ teaching to＂research and discussion-based＂ teaching, thus making literature course return to ＂aesthetic＂ education, and finally realizing the real purpose of opening literature course.
