高位移能力石材用硅酮密封胶制备及其性能研究

摘要 以不同α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷按不同质量比配合使用,与复配交联剂室温缩合反应,添加纳米活性轻钙,从而制备了高位移能力石材用硅酮密封胶。研究了基础胶各组分、复配交联剂等对密封胶性能的影响。结果表明,黏度30Pa·s、10 Pa·s和3 000 m Pa·s的107基胶按质量比100:20:5复配作为基础聚合物,含甲基型、含乙烯型与含苯基型酮肟基硅烷按质量比100:40:30复配作为交联剂,添加填料纳米活性轻钙JT2,制得的密封胶具有最佳综合性能。 High movement silicone sealant using for stone was prepared by mixed hydroxy-terminated poly-dimethylsiloxane with different mass ratio, mixed crosslinking agent and nanometer precipitated calcium carbonate under the condition of normal temperature condensation reaction. The effect of components of polymer, mixed crosslinking agent etc. on properties of sealant was investigated. The results indicated that sealant was prepared and has the best performance when the mass ratio of hydroxy-terminated poiy-dimethylsiloxane with viscosity of 30 Pa·s, 10 Pa·s and 3 000 mPa·s was 100:20:5, the mass ratio of MOS, VOS and POS was 100:40:30, and active nanometer precipitated calcium carbonate JT2 was added.
