摘要
首先运用LS-DYNA对某国产轿车进行了结构耐撞性分析,并在MADYMO中建立了驾驶员侧约束系统模型,仿真分析出驾驶员在碰撞过程中的伤害响应。针对乘员伤害比较严重的问题,从提高车身前端结构吸能能力的角度出发,提出了改进意见,进行了优化设计。优化之后的仿真结果表明,该车的吸能能力得到了明显改善,乘员伤害值也得到了明显的降低。
LS-DYNA was used to analyze crashworthiness of saloon cars made in China,and the model of driver restraint system was built in MADYMO to obtain the dummy injury response.On serious injury problem,some improvements and optimization design were presented in order to enhance the energy absorption ability of the cars′ front body.Simulation proves that the energy absorption capacity is improved and the occupant damage reduces significantly.
