摘要
为提高产品的设计效率,利用参数化设计的方法可快速生成不同规格的类似产品,缩短产品的开发周期。从美式家具零件曲线入手,分析了美式床类和椅类家具零件曲线的造型特征,探讨了其与数学曲线的关联性,采用数学曲线模拟的方法,以VB为编程语言,对SolidWorks进行二次开发,建立了一套美式家具零件曲线参数化设计系统,并以余弦曲线模拟零件曲线的实例进一步论证了系统的可行性。该系统能够较大程度减少设计师的工作量,满足快速响应客户的设计要求。
In order to improve design efficiency,the method of parametric design can quickly generate similar products with different specifications and shorten production development cycle.From parts curves of American furniture,analysis was performed on the modeling characteristics of bed and chair furniture′ s curves,and the relevance between parts curves and mathematical curves was discussed.Using mathematical curve simulation approach and VB programming language,secondary development based on SolidWorks was carried out,then a parametric design system on American furniture′ s parts curves was established.The feasibility of the system was demonstrated through the simulation of parts curve by cosine curve.This system can greatly reduce the workload of the designers and meet customers′ requirement of rapid response.
