2012～2013年我院癌痛治疗药品用药分析

Analysis of cancer analgesic drugs in our hospital during 2012-2013

目的了解我院癌痛治疗药品的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法提取医院HIS系统中2012年与2013年癌痛治疗药品的相关数据,以药品的使用量、使用金额、用药频率、药物利用指数为指标进行统计分析。结果第三阶梯药品用量最大,盐酸羟考酮缓释片用量居首位,且同步性较好,硫酸吗啡缓释片和盐酸羟考酮缓释片用药频度明显升高,辅助用药用量升高,个体化给药趋势明显。结论我院癌痛病区基本能够合理使用癌痛治疗药品,但仍需要进一步加强监管。

Objective By investigating the status and developing trend of the utilization of analgesics in our hospital, to provide the reference for rational use of cancer analgesic drugs; Methods The data of cancer analgesic drugs in our hospital during 2012-2013 were collected from the Hospital Information System（HIS）, and the following indicators, including consumption use amount, sum and drug utilization index（DUD were analyzed statistically. Results The amount of the third ladder drugs was the largest, among which oxycodone ranked the first. The use frequency of controlled-release morphine sulfate and oxycodone tablets increased dra- matically, as well as adjuvant analgesics. The personalized use of analgesics was improved significantly. Conclusion The use of cancer an- algesic drugs in our hospital is basically rational, but the supervision and management of drug rational use should be further strengthened.
