胃癌微创治疗的进展

Development of Minimally Invasive Treatment for Patients with Gastric Cancer

近年来肿瘤治疗模式发生转变,微创治疗成为肿瘤治疗未来的发展趋势。胃癌手术强调在保证患者根治的前提下,尽可能保存其正常生理功能,降低手术创伤。本文分别就早期胃癌和发展期胃癌的外科微创治疗进展进行述评,认为在保证手术的根治性和规范性前提下,微创治疗成为胃癌外科治疗的新方向。

The mode of oncotherapy has changed in recent years,and minimally invasive therapy has become the developing trend of oncotherapy. On the premise of radical resection of gastric cancer,normal physiological function of patients should be preserved,and operative trauma should be reduced as far as possible. In this paper,the development of minimally invasive surgery for patients with early and advanced gastric cancer is reviewed respectively,and the authors are convinced that minimally invasive therapy has become a new direction in surgical treatment of gastric cancer on the premise of ensuring the radical and normative resection.
