集约化的校园空间——徐州幼儿师范高等专科学校洞山校区生活区规划设计

Exploring Campus Space Design Based on Integration:the Planning Design for the Living Area of Dongshan Campus in Xuzhou Advanced Kindergarten Teachers School

在当前地少人多、资源紧缺的基本国情和全国范围内大学扩招减缓的趋势下,集约化成为当代高校校园发展的主要趋势。校园的集约化包括多样化高效式的土地利用,紧凑化立体式的复合空间和人性化的校园环境等多重内涵。高校校园空间作为城市空间的重要组成部分,在城市化的进程中具有举足轻重的地位,对推动城市可持续发展具有重要意义。该文以徐州幼儿师范高等专科学校洞山校区生活区规划及单体项目的设计实践为例,探讨了高校校园的集约化设计策略,即在功能复合、形态紧凑、空间多样三个方面进行了积极的尝试。

Integration has become the major trend of the development of the colleges and universities with the step-down of increased university enrollment and lack of resource, less land ＆ more people. Campus integration includes three aspects such as efficient land utilization, compact recombination space and humanized campus environment. As one of the most important constituent part of the city space, the campus space has an important meaning of the urban sustainable development. This paper briefly took the planning design for the living area in Xuzhou Advanced Kindergarten Teachers School as an example, discussed the integrated design strategy for the higher education institutions＇ campus, we have carded on the positive attempt in three aspects such as： functional composite, compact form and space diversity.
