历史文化名镇名村基础设施问题与改善对策研究——基于对浙江省的调研

Study on the Problems and Improvement Countermeasures of the Infrastructure in Historical and Cultural Towns and Villages:Based on the Case of Zhejiang Province

通过对浙江省历史文化名镇名村基础设施现状情况的调研分析,发现由于基础薄弱、管理混乱、资金不足、技术制约,现状基础设施存在数量匮乏、功能老旧、建设混乱的问题,不能满足居民的现代化生活需求,导致当地居民大量外流,不利于历史文化名镇名村的文化生态保护与可持续发展。文章针对问题原因,借鉴先进经验,从管理、资金和技术三个层面出发,提出历史文化名镇名村基础设施改善提升的具体策略。

Through the investigation and analysis on status quo of the infrastructures of the historical and cultural towns and villages in Zhejiang province, the paper finds that there are problems such as supply shortage, functional aging and construction chaos in the status quo because of the weak foundation, chaotic management, insufficient fund and restricted technology. The bad infrastructure condition which cannot satisfy the residents＇ demand for modern life makes the residents move away and sets back the progress in culture protecting and sustainable development of the historical and cultural towns and villages. Finally we put forward the countermeasures from the views of management, fund and technology in allusion to the problems.
