城市设计视野中的历史环境复兴型保护探讨

Revitalization-style Conservation of Historic Environment in the Urban Design Vision

该文首先从城市设计的视野出发探讨了历史环境保护问题,归纳并总结了城市设计与历史环境的定义,并探讨了两者之间的关系。其次,从国际遗产保护发展的历程中梳理了复兴型保护概念发展的脉络,总结并分析了国际遗产保护重要技术文件中关于复兴型保护方向的研究内容。该文挑选了美国查尔斯顿作为案例,以城市设计的视角探讨了复兴型保护的实例,总结了查尔斯顿的"循环基金"经验以及美国文化遗产保护的"公共参与"经验。最后,综合归纳、分析,提出了构建城市历史环境复兴型保护的具体思路,也为城市体现自身历史文化和地方特色提供了一种方向。

Based on the vision of urban design vision, the article firstly discusses historic environment conservation issues, sums up the definition of urban design and historic environment and studies the relationship between the two. What＇s more, this paper rationalizes the context of revitalization-style conservation from the international heritage conservation history, summarizes the research contents of revitalization-style conservation in the important technical documents of international heritage conservation. Thirdly, the article picks up Charleston as an example, discusses the case study of revitalization-style conservation from the urban design vision and summarizes experiences of Charleston like revolving fund and public participation. Based on above analysis, this paper gives ideas and suggestions about how to set up the revitalization-style conservation with historic culture and local color at the end.
