疼痛护理干预对提高类风湿关节炎患者生活质量的影响

The influence of pain nursing intervention on improving the quality of life of patients suffering rheumatoid arthritis

目的探讨疼痛护理干预对提高类风湿关节炎患者生活质量的影响。方法采用问卷调查形式对128例类风湿关节炎患者在疼痛护理干预1周前后的生活质量进行比较。结果随着疼痛程度的加重,RA患者的生活质量明显下降比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疼痛护理干预能缓解RA患者的疼痛,同时可明显改善RA患者的生活质量,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疼痛护理干预可以减轻RA患者的疼痛,显著改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To improve the influence of pain nursing intervention on improving the quality of life in patients with rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Methods Use the questionnaires to compare the the life quality of 128 patients with rheumatoid arthritis before and after oneweek’s nursing intervention on pain.Results With the increasing severity of pain,life quality of patients with RA decreased obviously（P 〈0.05）.Pain nursing intervention can relieve the pain of patients with RA,and can obviously improve the patients’life quality（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The pain nursing intervention can relieve the pain of patients with RA and improve the quality of life significantly.
