总结了本院自2006年以来对陪护工实施人性化管理与规范化管理的具体措施,包括引导陪护工按需服务,按劳取酬;总结经验,满足患者需求;定期培训,提高服务意识;坚持公平竞争,奖惩分明;用心交流,提升向心力等。认为陪护工管理是医院管理的重要组成部分,陪护工管理质量会直接影响到医院的医疗服务质量[1]。
To summarize the apply experience of humane and standardized management on chaperonage, including leading chaperonage to serve according to patients ＇ need, summarizing the service experience to fulfill patients ＇ needs, improving serve awareness by termly training, insisting in fair competition, speaking from the heart and so on.
