新疆是我国西北部内陆地区,水资源匮乏,主要依靠几条内陆季节性河流进行农业灌溉,常出现全年干旱的情况。因此,立足于新疆地区的实际情况,阐述了防渗渠建设、使用和管理等方面的问题,总结了现有的一些农业技术,从而为下一阶段的研究和实践打下基础。

Xinjiang in northwest China inland areas, water scarcity, mainly rely on a few seasonal rivers inland agricultural irrigation, drought conditions often occur throughout the year. Therefore, based on the actual situation in the Xinjiang region, elaborated problems seepage canal construction, use and management, summed up some of the existing agricultural technology, so as to lay the foundation for the next phase of research and practice.
