1978年,我国开始实行对外开放的基本国策,从国际上引进了先进的生产技术和管理经验,这大大推动了我国的经济建设和发展,提高了人们的物质文化生活水平。2001年,我国进一步对外开放,加入了世界贸易组织,在国际舞台上的地位更加稳固。这一系列措施都推动了我国各行各业的不断创新和发展,建设工程行业也不例外。本文主要对当下建筑工程项目报建工作的效率提升进行了分析和探讨,并提出了若干对策,以供参考。

In 1978, China began to implement the basic state policy of opening to the outside world, from the international on the introduction of advanced production technology and management experience, which greatly promoted our country＇s economic construction and development, improve the people＇s material and cultural life level. In 2001, China＇s opening to the outside world further, joined the world trade organization, in the international arena status more secure. This series of measures to promote innovation and development of all walks of life in our country, construction industry is no exception. In this paper, the main construction work on the current construction projects to improve the efficiency are analyzed and discussed, and puts forward some countermeasures for reference.
