摘要
简要介绍了秦山第二核电厂3/4#机组TEP系统除气装置的作用,描述了目前除气装置存在的与3TEP 101MN(除气塔液位计)液位波动相关的故障。在结合试验和现场运行实践的基础上,对这些故障的现象和产生原因进行了详细的分析,并有针对性地制定和实施了相应的解决方案,较好地解决了除气塔因液位波动而引起的相关故障,为当前机组运行和以后同类型机组的调试提供了参考。
This paper describes the role of Qinshan nuclear power plant 3/4 # Unit TEP system degassing unit, describes the current degassing device exists and 3TEP 101MN(degassing tower level meter)level fluctuations related faults. On the basis of binding assays and field running practice, these phenomena and causes of failure for a detailed analysis, and targeted to develop and implement the appropriate solutions, solves the degassing tower due to the level fluctuations caused by the related fault for the current unit operation and subsequent commissioning same type of unit provides a reference.
