摘要 糖蛋白激素是人体内一类重要激素家族,由4个成员构成—促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体素(LH)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)和绒毛膜促性腺激素(CG)。这些激素结构相似,但功能各异。主要从结构方面对糖蛋白激素的亚基装配、受体识别及长效化改造进行分析综述。 Glycoprotein hormone (GPH) is a kind of important human hormones family, which consist of four members of-FSH, LH, CG and TSH. The structures of these GPHs are similar, but the functions are different. This paper mainly reviewed on the structure, subunits assembly, receptors recognition, and long-acting engineering of glycoprotein hormones.
