鼻内镜治疗鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉的疗效及其对患者嗅觉的影响

The study of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of patients with rhino sinusitis accompanying rhino polypus and its effect on the patients 'sense of smell

目的：探讨鼻内镜下微创手术治疗鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉的疗效，并观察其对患者嗅觉功能的影响。方法将2012年6月~2014年6月笔者所在医院收治的134例鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉患者按照随机数字表法均分两组，各67例，对照组施行传统Wigand式开放手术治疗，研究组施行鼻内镜手术治疗，对两组患者术后疗效及嗅觉功能改善情况进行综合比较。结果术后28 d对两组患者治疗效果进行综合评价，研究组患者治疗总有效率（97.01%）高于对照组（88.06%）（P〈0.05）；两组患者术后12周时嗅觉功能CCCRC评分较术前均有明显改善（P〈0.05），但研究组改善幅度较对照组更为显著（P〈0.05）。结论鼻内镜下微创手术治疗鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉效果显著，能够明显改善患者嗅觉功能，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of patients with rhino sinusitis accompanying rhino polypus and to observe its effect on the patients ’ olfactory function. Methods 134 cases of patients with sinusitis with nasal Polyp , treated in our hospital from 2012 June to June 2014 , were ran-domly divided into 2 groups, 67 cases each. The patients in the control group were treated with the traditional open surgery Wigand while the patients in study group were treated with the endoscopic. The curative effect and the olfactory function improvement after the surgery of the two groups were comprehensively compared. Results After the surgery the clinical curative effect of the patients in two groups was comprehensively valued by using 28 d. The total effective rate of the study group was 97.01%, which was higher than that of the control group （88.06%）（P〈0.05）. 12 weeks after the surgery, the CCCRC scores of olfactory function of the Patients in two group were improved significantly （P〈0.05）, but the magnitude of improvement in the study group was more significant than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Endoscopic sinus surgery has significant effect in the treatment of patients with rhino sinusitis accompa-nying rhino polypus and can significantly improve patients’ olfactory function, which is worthy of clinical application.
