鸦胆子油乳注射液对老年胃肠肿瘤患者卡氏健康状况和营养状况的影响

Effect of brucea javanica on Karnofsky performance status and nutritional status in elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumor

目的通过评价患者营养和免疫状况的改善,研究鸦胆子注射液对老年胃肠道肿瘤患者的临床效果。方法回顾性分析60岁以上综合治疗加用鸦胆子注射液治疗的胃肠道肿瘤患者,同年龄段进行FOLFOX4综合化疗患者作为对照,采用卡氏健康状况(KPS)评价患者健康状况,微型营养评定法(MNA)评价营养状况,比较两组患者健康、营养情况的差异。结果治疗1周和1个月后,观察组KPS评分由(70.6±6.1)分提高到(72.8±6.5)分、(75.2±7.2)分,对照组KPS评分由(68.9±7.3)分先降低至(66.7±8.1)分、又提高到(72.5±8.4)分。观察组KPS和MNA分值变化分类结果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相对于传统化疗方法,鸦胆子能明显改善老年胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者的机能和营养状况。

Objective To study the clinical effect of brucea javanica oil emulsion by evaluating Karnofsky performance status（KPS） and nutritional status of elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumor.Methods Case data of elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumor from 2012 was retrospectively analyzed.Patients receiving comprehensive treatment and brucea javanica were selected as observation group,and patients receiving FOLFOX4 chemotherapy as matched group.KPS and mini-nutritional assessment（MNA）were applied to evaluating the function and nutritional status of patients of different groups.Results After one-week and one-month different treatment,KPS average score of observation group was respectively raised from（70.6 ± 6.1） to（72.8 ± 6.5） and（75.2 ± 7.2）,and score of matched group was decreased from（68.9 ± 7.3） to（66.7 ± 8.1）,then promoted to（75.2 ± 7.2）.KPS and MNA classification of observation group was better than matched group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared to traditional FOLFOX4 chemotherapy,brucea javanica had a better effect on KPS and nutritional status in elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumor.
