瑞格列奈与格列吡嗪治疗老年人初发2型糖尿病效果观察

Effect observation on Ziggy column and glipizide treatment of incipient type 2 diabetes in the elderly

目的探讨针对初发2型糖尿病老年患者,观察分别选择瑞格列奈以及格列吡嗪完成治疗后的临床效果表现。方法选择我院2012年9月至2014年9月初发2型糖尿病老年患者106例。通过随机数表法对2型糖尿病患者进行随机分组。A2组(格列吡嗪组53例)与A1组(瑞格列奈组53例)。对比两组糖尿病患者完成治疗后在相关指标表现出的差异。结果两组初发2型糖尿病患者在FPG(空腹血糖)、Hb Alc(糖化血红蛋白)以及PPG(餐后血糖)等指标方面,未表现出显著差异(P>0.05)。在低血糖发生率方面,A1组优于A2组糖尿病患者明显(P<0.05)。结论对于初发2型糖尿病老年患者,临床选择瑞格列奈以及格列吡嗪均能够获得确切疗效,但采用瑞格列奈进行治疗后,临床出现低血糖的概率较低,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective To study on incipient type 2 diabetes mellitus elderly patients,observe choice raigor column nai ＋ glipizide after completion the clinical effect of treatment. Methods Our hospital in 2012 in early September,2014-09,106 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Through the stochastic indicator method for randomized patients with type 2 diabetes. A2（ glipizide group（ 53 cases） and group A1 Craig column nai group（ 53 cases）. Compared two groups of patients with diabetes after treatment in the related indicators show the difference. Results Two groups of incipient type 2 diabetes in FPG（ fasting blood sugar）,Hb Alc（ glycated hemoglobin） and PPG（ postprandial blood sugar）,and other indicators,showed no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. In terms of incidence of hypoglycemia,A1 group is superior to the A2 diabetes significantly（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions For incipient type 2 diabetes mellitus elderly patients,the clinical choice ziggy nai to pass the row pyrazine were able to obtain exact curative effect,but with Craig column nai after treatment,clinical appears the probability of low blood sugar is low,is worth wide application in the clinical practice.
