前列地尔治疗老年2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的疗效观察

Efficacy of alprostadil treatment for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes lower extremity vascular disease

目的分析和研究前列地尔治疗老年2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床疗效。方法选取2013年7月至2014年6月开平市第二人民医院收治的60例老年2型糖尿病下肢血管病变患者,将其按数字随机方法分为两组,即:观察组30例与对照组30例。观察组患者采用静滴前列地尔治疗;对照组患者采用口服阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,治疗1个月后观察两组双下肢动脉彩超评分、C反应蛋白、TC、TG、HDLC、LDL-C等指标。结果治疗1个月后,观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。观察组患者治疗后双下肢血管彩超评分及血脂指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。C反应蛋白水平均有下降趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将前列地尔应用于老年2型糖尿病下肢血管病变患者的治疗中,治疗效果较显著,能够有效降低外周血管的阻力与血液黏稠度,改善患者下肢的血液循环,利于减缓病变的发展速度,对提高患者生活质量有重要意义。

Objective To analyze and research alprostadil treatment of elderly patients with type 2diabetes lower extremity vascular disease clinical efficacy. Methods Between July 2013 and June 2014,we selected 60 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in patients with lower extremity vascular disease from Kaiping Second People＇s Hospital,be randomly divided into two groups according to figures,scilicet： observation group of 30 patients and the control group of 30 cases. Observation group were treated with intravenous alprostadil treatment; the control group were treated with oral administration of enteric-coated aspirin tablets in the treatment,1 month after treatment were observed score lower extremity arterial ultrasound,C-reactive protein,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and other indicators. Results After 1 month of treatment,the treatment of patients in the observation group was significantly higher total efficiency（ P〈0. 05）,with statistical significance. After the observation group patients score lower extremity vascular ultrasound and blood lipid parameters were significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）,with statistical significance. C-reactive protein levels were decreased,but the difference was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions The alprostadil applied elderly type2 diabetic patients with lower extremity vascular disease treatment, more significant treatment effect, can effectively reduce the resistance and peripheral vascular blood viscosity,improve blood circulation in patients with lower extremity,which will help slow down the pace of development of lesions,and improve the life quality of patients.
