摘要
阐述了充气式微泡浮选机的结构特征和工作原理,对充气式微泡浮选机在铝土矿选矿厂的浮选工艺、应用效果和存在问题等进行分析;实际生产表明,该设备结构简单,矿化效率高,能耗低,对低品位铝土矿石的分选效果良好,选矿回收率高,经济效益和社会效益显著。
The structural characteristics and working principle of pneumatic micro -bubble flotation machine are elaborated, and the flotation technology, application effect and problems are introduced in this paper. Actual production results show that the flotation machine is simple in structure, high mineral- ization efficiency, and low energy consumption, having good separation efficiency for low - grade bauxite, high recovery rates and significant economic and social benefits.
