摘要
研究了使用4,7-二羟基-1,10-菲啰啉作为显色剂,在520nm波长处测定显色溶液的吸光度来测定铝酸钠溶液中铁的含量的新方法。实验结果表明:显色剂与铁生成稳定的紫红色配合物,不同铁含量与其相对应的吸光度呈良好的线性关系,服从比尔定律,在0mg/L^4.8mg/L范围内得出回归方程:A=0.2466C+0.0149,相关系数0.9993,加标回收率在93.6%~101.8%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.95%,检出限(D.L)为0.028mg/L。分析过程直接在碱性介质中进行,不需要酸化处理,方法准确、快速,灵敏度高,选择性好。
A new procedure was developed for speetrophotometrie determination of iron contained in sodium aluminate solution, in which 4,7 - dihydroxy - 1, I0 - phenanthroline was used as iron (II) organic chelation reagent. Results show that stable purple complexes are formed between iron (II) and or- ganic chelation reagent, different iron content and its corresponding absorbanee show a good linear relationship and obey the Beer Law. The regression equation is A =0. 2466C +0. 0149 in range from 0 mg/L to 4. 8 mg/L, the correlation coefficient is 0. 9993, standard addition recovery rate is between 93.6% and i01.8% , the relative standard deviation (RSD) is 2. 95% and the detection limit ( D. L) is 0. 028 mg/L. The analysis process is carried out directly in alkaline medium, the method is accurate and quick with high sensitivity and good selectivity.
