摘要
分析了回转窑石油焦煅烧质量不稳定的原因,找出了影响因素并采取了有效措施,真密度由≥2.02g/cm。(约80%)提高到≥2.04g/cm2(约50%),比电阻由520~560i.d-1·m降低至低于500—520μΩ·m,窑尾温度由940~1020~降低到820~870℃,沉降室温度由1120~1160℃降低到820~830℃,对沉降室及大窑内衬寿命起到积极作用。
After unstable reasons of the quality of petroleum coke in rotary kilns are analyzed, influence factors are found and improvement measures are taken, the real density is increased from 92.02g/cm3 ( about 80% ) to 92.04g/cm3 ( about 50% ), the specific resistance is decreased from 520 - 560μΩm to 500 -520μΩm, the temperature of the end of rotary kiln is decreased from 940 - 1020℃ to 820- 870℃ and the temperature of combustion chamber is decreased from 1120 - 1160℃ to 820 - 8300℃, which can be of benefit to the serve life of kiln lining.
