摘要
基于皮江法炼镁体系热力学与动力学理论,在硅热法基础上添加不同成分的石墨-碳化钙复合添加剂于皮江法炼镁料球中,并在实验室条件下进行工业模拟试验。试验表明:添加6%的石墨、2%碳化钙(质量分数),反应2h,可提高Mg还原率23%。根据试验结果提出复合添加剂的成分变化对还原体系的影响规律,进而发现"μ"型还原效率曲线;分析曲线变化特征,探讨了复合添加剂对皮江法炼镁体系的热力学条件与动力学机制影响。
Different ingredients of composite additive which included graphite and calcium carbide was used in raw ingredient of silicothermic magnesium reduction process based on thermodynamic and dynamic theory of Pidgeon process, meanwhile industrial simulation experiments was processed in laboratory. The experiments showed that optimal ingredient ( mass fraction: graphite of 6% , calcium carbide of 2% ) of the composite additive could improve the reduction rate 23% in 2 hours. The influence rule was proposed based on the experimental result, and the " μ - shaped" reduction efficiency curve was discovered. The influence of composite additive on thermodynamic and dynamic mechanism of Pidgeon reduction process was discussed.
