Key Technology of Operation and Control of Active Distribution System

摘要 主动配电系统(active distribution system,ADS)是在智能电网发展的大背景下提出的一个概念。该文在对主动配电系统的相关概念进行辨析的基础上,按照预测层、控制层和服务层这3个层次,具体从主动配电系统的态势感知与预警技术、主动配电系统的自适应分层分布式智能控制技术、主动配电系统的互动化服务技术等几个方面,对主动配电系统运行与控制关键技术的发展进行总结和展望。 Active distribution system is a concept proposed under the background of smart grid. Based on the clarification of relevant concepts of active distribution system, this paper summaries and outlooks the development of the key technology of operation and control of active distribution system from three levels of anticipate level, control level and service level. They mainly include the situational awareness and early warning technology, the adaptive hierarchical distributed intelligent control technology, and interactive technology for active distribution system.
