摘要
主动配电网是智能配电网发展的高级技术阶段,是具备组合控制各种分布式电源、储能、可控负荷以及具备需求侧响应能力的配电网络。该文对主动配电网的构成进行了简要介绍,探讨了主动配电网自身的特点及其对保护控制系统的要求,在此基础上提出了面向主动配电网的控制保护系统的整体架构,并对主动配电网保护控制中的关键技术即运行控制技术、并网点与配电网相结合的保护技术以及直流配电网保护技术进行了阐述。
Active distribution network (ADN) is the advanced technology stage of the smart distribution grid development, which takes the ability of combining and controlling a variety of distributed energy (distributed generation, energy storage, controllable load and demand response). A brief introduction was given on the constitution of the active distribution network, and its own characteristics and the requirements to the protection and control system were discussed. The active distribution network protection and control system design was proposed. The key technologies of the system such as control technologies, the protection technologies based on the combination of point of common coupling protection and distributed network protection and the DC distributed network protection were specifically introduced.
