手术室专科护士培训的方法与效果

The curriculum design and outcomes of training for specialized nurses in operating rooms

目的探讨手术室专科护士培训的课程内容、教学方法及效果。方法对142名手术室护士进行专科护士培训,内容包括专业理论、临床实践、专科操作3个部分。结果 142学员考核平均成绩:理论(90.15±2.68)分、专科操作(92.52±4.13)分、临床实践(47.22±2.45)分、论文撰写(29.38±7.10)分。学员对培训的满意度:理论课程(3.89±0.35)分、临床实践(3.49±0.62)分、专科操作(3.77±0.53)分、综合考评(3.75±0.50)分。结论学员对培训安排表示满意,学员理论、操作和临床实践成绩较理想,科研和论文写作能力有待加强。

Objective To explore the curriculum,teaching methods and outcomes of training for specialized nurses in operating rooms. Methods Totally 142 operating room nurses received specialized nurse training in theoretical knowledge,clinical practice and specialized skills. Results The performance of the trainees was（90.15±2.68） points in theoretical exam,（92.52±4.13） points in specialized skills,（47.22±2.45） points in clinical practice and（29.38± 7.10） in paper writing. The trainees＇ satisfaction score was（3.89±0.35） points in theoretical training, （3.49±0.62） in clinical practice, （3.77±0.53） in specialized skills and （3.75±0.50） in comprehensive exam. Conclusion The trainees are satisfied with the specialized training and achieve favorable performance in theoretical and practical exams. However,their research ability needs to be improved.
