人性化护理在呼吸衰竭患者护理中的应用分析

Application effect of humanistic nursing in patients with respiratory failure

目的探讨人性化护理措施在呼吸衰竭患者中的护理效果。方法选择我院于2012年2月至2013年7月收治的92例呼吸衰竭患者的临床资料，其中，观察组46例患者采用人性化护理措施，而对照组46例患者采用常规护理措施，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后，观察组患者的SAS、SDS得分均较对照组患者出现了明显改善，且观察组患者的生活质量评分也较对照组患者出现了显著的提高，组间差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用人性化护理措施有利于缓解呼吸衰竭患者的焦虑和恐惧等不良情绪，并可以在一定程度上改善患者的生活质量，有利于患者的预后，值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic nursing in patients with respiratory failure. Methods A total of 92 patients with respiratory failure in our hospital from February 2012 to July 2013 were included into the study, of which the observation group of 46 cases were treated with humane care measures, while the control group of 46 patients were treated with routine care measures. Results After treatment, patients in the observation group with SAS, SDS scores compared with those of the control group patients had been significantly improved and the observation group with quality of life score compared with that of the control group showed remarkable improvement （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusions Humanistic nursing can help ease the patient＇s respiratory failure, improve the patient＇s quality of life to some extent, and it is conducive to the prognosis of patients.
