摘要
介绍了一种带地下室多高层建筑地面预筑、弹性顶托、微差下沉施工方法,简称"预筑落成法",即地下室在地面预筑,利用在建结构自身作为基坑支护,使用弹性顶托装置实现建筑物微差下沉,将建筑物均匀下沉至预定标高后,与工程桩嵌固。该方法避免了临时支护结构,实现上下同步施工,缩短工期。
This paper introduced a construction method of high-rise buildings with the basement,that was abbreviated as "pre-build subsidence". The building was completed in ground and gradual sagging by the jacks, made use of the building structure itself as foundation excavation supporting structure. The building was fixed on the engineering piles when sinks to the setting elevation. This method avoids the temporary support structure, and the synchronous construction on the ground and underground were achieved, the construction period is shorten.
