摘要
结合"预筑落成法"施工原理,进行弹性下沉装置的设计研究。通过计算分析结构受力情况,设计了大承载力碟簧箱、大吨位自锁式液压千斤顶以及组合钢桩,承载力试验证明均符合设计要求,并在预筑落成法施工中进行了应用。
In this paper, combined with the principle of pre-build subsidence, the elastic sink device was designed. Through the calculation and analysis of structure, the large capacity disc spring box, largetonnage self-locking type hydraulic jack and combination steel pile were designed. The bearing capacity test shows that it can meet the design requirements, and the device has been applied in the construction of the pre-build subsidence.
