摘要
城市中心里越来越多的建筑物需要被拆除新建,这类建筑物周边往往地下市政管线复杂,建筑群密集,有的建筑物附近存在文物古迹。结合北京市王府井大饭店改造工程,采用既有地下结构外墙配合暗柱及预应力锚杆的基坑支护形式,在保证深基坑稳定性的同时,缩短工期,降低成本,同时将基坑支护对周边的建筑、市政管线和文物古迹的影响降到最低。
Many buildings which are always in complicated conditions have to be demolished in the center of city. Based on engineering practice of Wangfujing Hotel reconstruction project, supporting technology of concealed column with outer wall of underground and prestressed anchor is adopted. This technology can ensure the foundation excavation stability, shorten the period, reduce the cost and influence on the environment.
