摘要
传统逆作法常采用人工挖孔桩和设备逆作出土,但挖孔桩存在安全隐患大和速度较慢问题,设备逆作出土效率不高,需对结构加固。介绍了一种新型逆作施工技术,该技术在研究已有工程桩与逆作钢管柱一次施工到位、优化永久车道与放坡坡道相结合作为逆作出土通道、利用永久地下室顶板结构作为塔式起重机的基础、地下连续墙外置渗水排水系统等方面进行了创新,取得了良好的经济效益。
Manual hole digging pile and inversed excavation are usually adopted in traditional top-down method, it has deficiency in safety, construction speed and excavation efficiency. This paper introduced a new top-down method which innovation is that piles and steel pipe pile are completed in one time, lane is combined with slope way as excavation passage, basement floor is used as foundation of tower crane, seepage and drainage system of diaphragm wall. Engineering practice shows that good effect is obtained.
