摘要 目的为了解合川病媒生物的种群密度和季节消长情况,制定病媒生物及媒介生物防控措施。方法鼠密度调查采用粘鼠板法,蚊密度调查采用路径指法,蝇密度调查采用目测法和粘蝇条法,蟑螂密度调查采用粘捕法。结果鼠密度为0.04只/板,6月鼠密度最高,以小家鼠为优势种(占39%);蚊密度为1.03处/km,7月蚊密度最高,以致倦库蚊[5]力主;蝇密度为0.08只/条,以家蝇为优势种(占51%),7月达到高峰;蟑螂密度为2.35只/张,7月最高,优势种为德国小蠊(占94.61%)。结论以鼠、蚊、蝇、蟑螂为优势种;6月鼠、7月蚊、蝇、蟑螂活动高峰,选择高峰期是消灭的最佳时期。 Objective To understand hechuan vector biological population density and seasonal ebb and flow situation, formulate vecor biology and mediabiological prevention and control measures. Methods Survey the sticky rat board method is adopted the density of rodents mosquito density investigation using path fingering, flies density investigation by visual method and fly legal persons,the cockroach density investigation method using glie. Results Rat density was 0.04/board only, highest density of rodents injune, in mice as the dominant species (39%); mosquito density of 1.03/km, mosquito density is highest, in july that tired culex for; flies density of only 0.08per article to housefly as the dominant species (51%), peaked in july; ~ockroach density was 2.35/sheet only, the highest in july, dominant species of german cockroach (94.61%). conclusion With mice .mosquitoes. flies,cockroaches as the dominat species;mosquito rat in iune.iuly, flies.cockroaches activity peak,peak choice is to eliminate the best period.
