摘要 目的回顾性分析内蒙古包头地区妇女子宫颈鳞癌标本中人乳头瘤病毒HPV感染率与型别分布,为本地区妇女子宫颈癌的预防提供依据。方法应用可以检测23种HPV型别基因芯片技术检测标本中的HPV基因型别。结果 70例蒙古族子宫颈癌患者的子宫颈鳞癌蜡块组织标本中HPV总感染率为94.3%,HPV16在所有HPV阳性者中所占比例为70%,HPV16和18型所占比例为77.1%,感染率居前5位的是:HPV16(70%)、HPV18(7.1%)、HPV58(5.7%)、HPV52(5.7%)和HPV31(3.2%)。结论 HPV感染与内蒙古包头地区子宫颈鳞癌密切相关,HPV16型是内蒙古包头地区妇女子宫颈鳞癌的主要感染型别,HPV18、HPV58、HPV52、HPV31型位居其后。 Objective To investigate the prevalence of human papillomavirus (HPV) and the HPV genotype distribution in invasive squamous cell carcinoma of the uterine cervix in women in Baotou city of Inner Mongolia antonomy region. Methods The prevalence data of HPV in our departmant were retrospectively reviewed. Gene Chip technique was used to detect HPV genotypes in the reserved carcinoma tissue specimens. Results Totally 70 tissue specimens were collected and detected. The prevalence of HPV was 94.3%. The prevalence of HPVI6 (70%), HPV18 (7.1%), HPV58 (5.7%), HPV52 (5.7%), and HPV31 (3.2%) were the 5 dominating HPV genotypes in all cases. Conclusions HPV infection is closely correlated with invasive squamous cell carcinoma of the uterine cervix in women in Baotou city. HPV16 is the most important genotype in invasive squamous cell carcinoma of the uterine cervix, followed by HPV18, 58, and 52.
