摘要
浸染过程的控制量化系通过在线测定染料浓度,控制影响上染速率的主要因素,将上染速率控制在预设数值范围内。在棉织物活性染料染色过程中,按设想的等速上染曲线,设计并试验了非线性加盐、加碱控制过程,探索了上染速率的量化控制方法,初步实现了预期的上染速率量化控制目标。
The essential aim of process quantitative controlling in exhaust dyeing is to set the dyeing rate at the default values by controlling related process parameters under online monitoring of dye concentration. According to the designed isokinetic exhaustion curves, non-linear salt adding procedure in cotton dyeing with reactive dyes is carried out. The method to control dyeing rate is studied and the expected dyeing rate is obtained.
