清热益气汤配伍治疗2型糖尿病52例临床研究

Clinical Observation of Type 2 Diabetes Treated with Qingre Yiqi Decoction

目的:观察应用清热益气汤对2型糖尿病患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:将98例2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,其中,对照组46例患者进行常规的西药治疗,治疗组52例患者在对照组的治疗基础上另外加服中药清热益气汤进行治疗。对两组治疗3个疗程之后的临床效果进行比较。结果:治疗组患者显效26例,有效21例,无效5例,其显效率为50%,总有效率为90.38%;而对照组患者显效16例,有效19例,无效11例,其显效率为34.78%,总有效率为76.09%,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者血糖与血脂下降情况较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用清热益气汤对2型糖尿病患者进行治疗,不仅能够改善患者的临床症状,而且还能够降低患者血脂血糖,疗效确切,值得临床广泛推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy on type 2 diabetes treated with Qingre Yiqi Decoction. Methods： 98 cases of type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group,the controlled group of 46 patients were given routine treatment. In the treatment group,on the basic treatment as the controlled group,Qingre Yiqi Decoction was supplemented. Clinical effect after 3 courses of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results： 26 cases of the treatment group were obviously effective,21 cases were effective,5 cases were invalid,the effective rate was 50%,the total effective rate was 90. 38%; 16 cases of the controlled group were obviously effective,19 cases were effective,11 cases were invalid,the effective rate was 34. 78%,the total effective rate was 76. 09%,statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）. The treatment group blood sugar and blood lipids in patients with decreased compared with the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Application of Qingre Yiqi Tang on patients with type 2 diabetes treatment,not only can improve the patient’s clinical symptoms,but also can reduce the blood glucose,curative effect,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
