三伏天天灸对阳虚质人群血清皮质醇的影响

Effect of Medicinal Vesiculation in Canicular Days to the Serum Cortisol in Cases with Yang Deficiency

目的:研究血清皮质醇在阳虚质受试者中的作用,三伏天天灸对它的影响及体质调养效果。方法:按照《中医体质量表》选择阳虚体质人群100例,将纳入的受试者按随机数字表分为天灸组及对照组,每组50例,分别进行相应的干预调养,采用ELISA法测定调治前后阳虚质受试者的血清皮质醇,采用《中医体质量表》中阳虚质判定表对比干预前后阳虚质受试者体质水平的变化情况。结果:经治疗,天灸组血清皮质醇水平较治疗前有所上升,对照组血清皮质醇无明显变化,治疗后天灸组血清皮质醇为(114.09±16.46)μg/L,对照组血清皮质醇为(99.55±18.29)μg/L,天灸组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。天灸组调治后阳虚体质转化分有所下降,天灸组调治后体质转化分为53.80±4.58,两组相比天灸组对阳虚体质改善方面优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:天灸治疗能提高阳虚质人群血清皮质醇水平并可改善阳虚体质,治疗效果明显优于对照组。

Objective： To study the role of serum cortisol in Yang deficient cases and effects of herbal application causing bubble（ medicinal vesiculation） in canicular days on serum cortisol and constitution. Methods： According to the scale of TCM constitution,100 cases with Yang deficiency constitution were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group treated with medicinal vesiculation and the controlled group（ 50 cases in each group）. The corresponding intervention and nursing were done respectively and ELISA method was developed for the determination of the serum cortisol before and after treatment. The changes of the constitution before and after intervention were compared by decision table of Yang deficient constitution in the scale of TCM constitution. Results： After the treatment,the level of serum cortisol in the treatment group（ 114. 09 ± 16. 46） μg / L was increased but there was no significant change in the controlled group（ 99. 55 ± 18. 29） μg / L. The level of serum cortisol of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group（ P 〈 0. 01）. The transformation points 53. 80 ± 4. 58 of Yang deficient constitution in the treatment group was down. Compared with the controlled group,the improvement on the constitution of Yang deficiency of the treatment group was better than that of the controlled group（ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusions： Medicinal vesiculation can increase the level of serum cortisol in cases with Yang deficiency and improve the Yang deficient constitution.Effects of the treatment group are better than that of the controlled group.
