针灸及康复训练治疗脑血管意外后遗症临床疗效分析

Curative Analysis of Using Acupuncture- moxibustion and Rehabilitation Training to Treat Sequelae of Cerebrovascular Accident

目的:观察奥拉西坦联合补阳还五汤、针灸及康复训练治疗脑血管意外后遗症的临床疗效。方法:将我院2012年10月至2013年11月收治的96例脑血管意外后遗症患者随机分为对照组(48例)和治疗组(48例),对照组给予奥拉西坦和补阳还五汤,治疗组给予奥拉西坦和补阳还五汤同时配合针灸及康复训练治疗。28天为1个疗程,3个疗程后比较两组临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.8%,对照组总有效率为75.0%,其具有显著性差异(χ2=8.362,P=0.004)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:奥拉西坦、补阳还五汤联合针灸及康复训练治疗脑血管意外后遗症疗效显著,具有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Oxiracetam,Buyang Huangwu Decoction,combined with acupuncture and rehabilitation training in treatment of sequelae of cerebrovascular accident. Methods： 96 patients of sequelae of cerebrovascular accident in our hospital from October 2012 to November 2013 were randomly divided into two groups in accordance with the order of admission,the controlled group（ 48 patients） was given Oxiracetam and Buyang Huangwu Decoction,while the treatment group（ 46 patients） was treated by Oxiracetam,Buyang Huangwu Decoction,combined with acupuncture and rehabilitation training,with 28 days for a treatment cycle. The clinical efficacy and adverse events were compared between the two groups after 3 treatment cycle. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95. 8%,significantly higher than 75. 0% of the controlled group（ χ2= 8. 362,p = 0. 004）. No significant adverse reactions was found in both two groups. Conclusion： The efficacy of Oxiracetam,Buyang Huangwu Decoction,combined with acupuncture and rehabilitation training is significant,which should be applied in clinical practice.
