仙灵骨葆胶囊联合西药治疗骨质疏松症临床疗效观察

Curative Observation of Combining Xianling Gubao Capsule with Western Medicine to Treat Osteoporosis

目的：观察仙灵骨葆胶囊联合西药对骨质疏松症患者治疗疗效,为临床治疗提供依据。方法：选择2013年4月~2014年5月期间骨质疏松症患者118例,按照随机数字表法将118例患者随机分为观察组（n=59）和对照组（n=59）。对照组给予鲑鱼降钙素、阿仑膦酸钠片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上结合仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗。对比分析两组患者治疗后临床疗效、骨代谢生化指标、BMD、血中骨钙素及其在治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组治疗后总有效率（94.92%）显著高于对照组治疗后（77.97%）,且具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后S-P、S-Ca与对照组治疗后变化无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,而U-Ca显著低于对照组治疗后,ALP显著高于对照组治疗后,且均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后腰椎L2~L4BMD显著高于对照组治疗后,且有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,而股骨颈BMD比较差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组治疗后骨钙素明显高于对照组治疗后,具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;两组患者均未发生明显的不良反应。结论：仙灵骨葆胶囊联合西药对骨质疏松症具有明显的临床疗效,且安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the curative effect of Xianling Gubao Capsules combined with western medicine for osteoporosis,provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods： During April 2013 to May 2014,118 patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group（ n = 59） and controlled group（ n = 59） according to a random number table. The controlled group received salmon calcitonin,alendronate sodium tablets in the treatment,the observation group was given Xianling Gubao Capsule on the basis of the controlled group. Comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients,biochemical markers of bone metabolism,BMD,serum osteocalcin and adverse reactions during treatment situation. Results： The total effective rate after treatment（ 94. 92%） was significantly higher than after treatment（ 77. 97%）,and had a significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05）; after treatment,SP,S- Ca with the controlled group after treatment,there was no significant difference in change（ P 〉 0. 05）,while the U- Ca was significantly lower than the controlled group after treatment,ALP was significantly higher than after treatment,and there were significant differences（ P 〈 0. 05）; lumbar L2 ~ L4 BMD of the observation group was significantly higher than the controlled group after treatment,and there was significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05）,and femoral neck BMD difference was not statistically significant（ P 〉 0. 05）; osteocalcin of the observation group was significantly higher than the controlled group after treatment,had a significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05）; groups were no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion： It has significant clinical efficacy of using Xianling Gubao Capsules combined with western medicine for osteoporosis,ant it’s safe and reliable,worthy of clinical application.
