脏腑辨证法在针灸治疗围绝经期综合征的运用

本文检索了近年来有关针灸治疗围绝经期综合征的相关文献,总结了脏腑辨证在针灸治疗围绝经期综合征中的运用及其规律,为临床针灸治疗围绝经期综合征提供可靠的理论依据。其结果显示辨证主要以肾阴虚、肾阳虚、肾阴阳俱虚、肝肾阴虚、心肾不交、脾肾阳虚和心肝脾肾的综合辨证为主,取穴以肾经、肝经、心经、脾经、任脉的穴位及背俞穴为主,但对肺经及肺经腧穴提及较少。

The author has retrieved related articles in recent years about acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of peri-menopausal syndrome,has summarized the application and rules of viscera syndrome differentiation in the treatment of peri-menopausal syndrome. Clinically,this article can provide reliable and theoretical basis for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of peri- menopausal syndrome. The retrieved results show that the main syndrome differentiation includes kidney- Yin deficiency,kidney- Yang deficiency,deficiency of both kidney- Yin and Yang,liver and kidney- Yin deficiency,incoordination between heart and kidney,spleen and kidney- Yang deficiency,comprehensive dialectical of heart,spleen,liver and kidney.The results also indicate that the frequently- used points belong to heart channel,spleen channel,liver channel,kidney channel and back transport point,but the lung channel and its points were rarely mentioned.
