摘要 介绍了近红外光谱技术检测奶粉中蛋白质、脂肪、矿物质元素、三聚氰胺的质量分数和鉴别奶粉中掺假以及品牌识别的应用,并展望了近红外光谱技术在奶粉无损检测中的应用前景。 This article describes the near-infrared spectroscopy to detect milk protein, fat, minerals, and mass fraction of melamine, and identification of adulterated milk powder and brand identity applications. Finally, looking to the applications prospect of near-infrared spectroscopy in non-destructive testing of powder milk.
