叙述了机械蒸汽再压缩(MVR)蒸发器原理,通过与传统浓缩蒸发工艺对比,展现了MVR蒸发器节能环保的巨大优势,是未来蒸发器发展的一种趋势。介绍了MVR蒸发器在食品工业中的应用。
This article expounded the principle of Mechanical Vapor Recompression （MVR） evaporator. By comparing with other traditional evaporation processes, MVR evaporator had huge advantages in energy saving and environmental protection, and it will be the trend of the development of evaporator in the future. The application of the MVR evaporator in the food industry was introduced.
