摘要 本研究按照OIE《陆生动物卫生法典》推荐的风险评估原则和步骤,对上海地区输入性羊群传播布鲁氏菌病开展危害识别、释放评估、暴露评估和后果评估,确定各类风险因素,对其风险等级进行描述和情景分析,并提出针对性的防控措施和建议,为政府部门制定管理政策提供科学依据和技术支持。 According to risk assessment principles and steps as recommended in the《Terrestrial Animal Health Code》,hazard identification,release assessment,exposure assessment and consequence assessment for the input of sheep herd spread of brucellosis in Shanghai were studied. This research identified all kinds of risk factors and described their risk level,and then the specific prevention and control measures and suggestions were presented,in order to provide scientific evidence for the government to make the risk management policies,as well as technical support.
