From Tourism City to Leisure City:Analysis Based on the Survey Data in Qingdao

休闲理念在中国的传播和发展深化了对城市功能的认识,实现从旅游城市到休闲城市的理念转变,成为众多城市的发展目标.调查中国休闲城市建设现状和城市休闲系统存在的问题,可以为城市管理者提供政策依据.青岛的城市建设实践提供了一个从旅游城市到休闲城市的典型样本,对青岛常住居民休闲状况的调查数据表明,青岛的休闲城市建设在休闲供给、休闲需求、休闲环境以及休闲支持因素四方面都存在一些问题:城市休闲供给和休闲服务不足、居民对公共休闲设施及其服务的满意度较差、居民休闲活动内容比较单调,休闲活动层次较低、居民休闲技能欠缺、城市休闲氛围和休闲设施的可亲近性不足、居民对休闲城市认知度低、缺乏休闲城市总体发展规划等.

The spread and development of leisure concept in China deepened our understanding to urban function.Following leisure concept being accepted pervasively,realizing the idea transformation from tourism city to leisure city has become many cities＇ development goals.Surveys about the current conditions of Chinese leisure city constructions and the shortcomings existing in the leisure system of Chinese cities can provide policy basis for city managers.Qingdao is a typical sample in city construction from tourism city to leisure city.The survey data from Qingdao permanent residents indicate that there are some problems existing in the practice of Qingdao＇s leisure city construction in leisure supplies,leisure demands,leisure environment and leisure support factors,including lack of leisure supplies and service,residents＇ dissatisfaction with public leisure facilities and leisure service,residents＇ monotonous leisure activity,low-level leisure activity,residents＇ lack of leisure ability,weak accessibility of leisure facility,residents＇ low-level awareness of leisure city and lack of long-term developing plan about the construction of leisure city.
