摘要
文章在分析激励的基本过程和股权激励的理论基础上,提出基于博弈论的民营企业职业经理人股权激励模型,并就其实施原则、实施程序和评价方法提出建议。
By analyzing the basic process of incentive and the theoretical base for stock ownership incentive,the incentive model for the private enterprise professional managers is pro-posed based the Game Theory.There are also suggestions on implementing principles, imple-mentation procedures,and evaluation methodology.
