摘要
[目的]对荒漠植物老瓜头(Cynanchum komarovii Al.Iljinski)中以稻瘟霉模型初筛得到的耐盐内生真菌进行抗真菌活性复筛。[方法]采用微量液基稀释法,以白假丝酵母菌、近平滑假丝酵母菌、光滑假丝酵母菌、新生隐球菌、石膏状小孢子菌、红色毛癣菌、烟曲霉菌等8株常见病原真菌为活性筛选菌株,进行抗真菌活性复筛,检测供试品的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。[结果]菌株5%-11对新生隐球菌有一定的抑制活性(MIC=32μg/ml),其他菌株对8株常见病原菌的活性较弱(MIC>64μg/ml)。[结论]复筛得到一株对新生隐球菌有抑制活性的耐盐内生真菌。
[Objective] This paper aimed to give a secondary screening on antifungal activities of anti-salt endophytic fungi primarily obtained from Cynanchum komarovii by Magnaporthe grisea model. [Method]By the micro liquid dilution method,8 common pathomycete strains were chose as active screening strains,namely Canidia albicans,Candida parapsilosi,smooth Candida mycoderma bacteria,Cryptococcus neoformans,Microsporum gypseum,Trichophyton rubrum,Aspergillus fumigatus,etc. Minimum inhibitory concentration( MIC) was determined.[Result]Strain 5%-11 has an inhibition activity( MIC = 32 μg/ml) on Cryptococcus neoformans,but other strains have a weak bioactivity or no efficacy on 8 pathomycete( MIC〉 64 μg / ml). [Conclusion] One anti-salt endophytic fungous which has an inhibition effect on Cryptococcus neoformans was obtained by a secondary screening.
