摘要
玉米种质资源是玉米产业发展的前提和基础,但优质资源匮乏已成为当前玉米育种工作的瓶颈。综述了玉米种质资源类群划分在表型水平和分子水平上的4种方法,指出分子标记技术在玉米种质类群划分中的优势及其进一步改良的措施,并对该技术在未来玉米种质资源划分中的广泛应用提出建议和展望。
Maize germplasm resource is the premise and foundation of the development of maize industry. However,the lack of excellent resources has become the bottleneck of maize breeding. This paper reviews four methods in the phenotypic and molecular level of maize germplasm groups classification,and indicates the advantages of molecular marker technology and the further improvement measures. Finally,suggestions and expecting on the further applications of this technology were proposed.
