摘要
[目的]建立测定接骨木籽油中维生素E含量的方法。[方法]采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Kromasil C-18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(98∶2),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长280 nm,柱温25℃。[结果]在上述条件下,维生素E在5-100μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.29%,RSD=1.44%(n=5)。[结论]该方法操作简便快捷、结果可靠、重复性好,适用于接骨木籽油中维生素E含量的测定。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method to determine the vitamin E in Sambucus Williamsii seed oil. [Method] Reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography with Kromasil C-18 column was used. Mobile phase was methanol and water( 98: 2,v / v)with a flow rate of 1. 0 ml / min. UV detection wavelength was 280 nm and the temperature of the column was 25 ℃.[Result] There was a good linear relationship between 5-100 μg / ml of the vitamin E,the average recovery rate was 99. 28% with the RSD of 1. 44%. [Conclusion] This method was simple and quick,reliable with good reproduction,and suitable for the determination of the content of vitamin E in Sambucus williamsii seed oil.
